In August of 2011, I passed the Wisconsin state licensing test(MBLEX). As a result, I received my license in August as well and dedicated myself to a full-time massage practice.
In 2017, I started my journey into aquatic therapy, specifically Watsu. This therapy offers clients a weightless environment to be worked on in warm soothing water. I use one hand to balance the client and the other hand to direct gentle rocking, stretching, bending, or arching movements. I recommend this therapy for anyone at any age. I became certified to offer Watsu in June 2018.
I believe that everyone can benefit on some level from bodywork. My goal is to educate people on the many health benefits & stress reducing aspects of having a regular massage appointment. I enjoy assisting people to overcome pain and discomfort caused by tight muscles and hectic lifestyles.
Outside of massage, I enjoy riding my bicycle outdoors in all seasons, competing in running races and triathlons, as well as participating in classes at the New Richmond Area Centre. I also like to spend time regularly with my family. We like to go camping, rollerblading, and grill out in our back yard.
